Vincent Eletto is an engineering student and fitness enthusiast who thinks if you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself. Living a busy lifestyle, Vincent was always in search of a quick, high protein snack, but was often dissatisfied with the ingredients and taste of the protein bars on the market. He figured he couldn't be the only one who was in search of a good tasting bar without any harmful chemicals or additives. In search for a good side hustle and passion project, that's where his long time friend, Massimo Castellano came in.

Massimo was in culinary school at the time, and always had a passion for good food. With family in the restaurant business and aspirations of mastering the craft, Vincent approached him to create a recipe for a protein bar. The rest was history. Since the start of Packed Protein, both creators have been juggling school, part time jobs, and making protein bars from home trying to build the brand. Today, they took the leap of faith and sent their recipe to a contract factory with hopes of producing a finalized and professional product for the public.
